St Pam Consulting

St Pam Consulting is a 100% black owned South African registered company that was established in 2015. It is founded by a young entrepreneur Pamela Sithole, a sole trader whose focus is on three main areas: Recruiting, consulting and HIV/AIDS counselling.

MISSION

To reduce unemployment and increase excellence and efficiency in the work place.
To lend a helping hand to our medical practitioners and execute all administrative work for them.
To provide support to HIV/AIDS patients.
To increase their wellness and ensure adherence to medication.

CONSULTING

We submit medical claims to Medical Aids on behalf of doctors. We use different systems based on the type of speciality. Healthbridge, Syncramed, M-med and EMS are the few real time systems that we are currently using.

We follow up with medical aids for payments

We refer patients to doctors

We place doctors in hospitals that we are affiliated with

We arrange doctors appointment for doctors

HIV/AIDS COUNSELLING

Pamela Sithole is a qualified HIV/AIDS counsellor. She offers pre and post HIV/AIDS counselling together with HIV testing. She is affiliated with several HIV/AIDS support groups where she refers her clients for further emotional support.

She understands the sensitivity of the virus and thrives to reduce the stigma associated with it in her environment. She understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy.
